First Tee - Benton Harbor Scholarship Program
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 First Tee - Benton Harbor Scholarship. Each year, our chapter awards scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 to graduating participants who plan to continue their education after high school. The scholarship committee will review all completed applications, and the winners will be announced during the annual First Tee - Benton Harbor Scholarship Dinner, held on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Inn at Harbor Shores from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.
Completed Application Date: Monday, March 31, 2025
Application Guidelines:
- Live and demonstrate First Tee Nine Core Values +Inclusion™ and First Tee Healthy Habits™
- Be a member of First Tee - Benton Harbor for at least two consecutive years
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average
- Volunteer in the community
- Achieve performance levels in the First Tee - Benton Harbor Program
- Volunteer for our chapter
- Take advantage of First Tee opportunities
- Complete a one-page essay describing how the participant will apply First Tee experiences in the future
- Scholarship to be used for an accredited college or university
Your completed scholarship application will include:
- General information
- Student family information
- Required academic information and achievements
- High school transcript
- Model Release
- Signed social media code of conduct
- Two short essays
